Warren L. Clark, Lawyer
Warren L. Clark limits his practice to criminal defense, trial, appellate and post-conviction remedies. After participation in over 100 felony jury trials, including several capital murder cases, he now devotes most of his time to appellate and habeas work. He is a native East Texan from Marshall who was graduated from Lamar University in 1974 and Texas Tech School of Law in 1981. He was licensed in the same year. He is also licensed to practice in the United States District Courts, Northern District of Texas; the United States District Court, Colorado Division; the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and was president of the Panhandle Criminal Defense Lawyers Association from 2001 to 2002 during its formative years. He also served on the local grievance committee for two terms, an experience which he puts to work in defending lawyers caught up in the grievance process.
